How do you ensure plants survive the shipping process?
We use custom-engineered, eco-friendly packaging designed to keep the root ball secure and the foliage protected. Each plant is hydrated before travel and shipped via expedited methods to minimize time spent in the box.
What is your 30-day guarantee?
We guarantee that your plant will arrive healthy. If your plant shows signs of distress or dies within the first 30 days of arrival, simply send us a photo and we will send a replacement free of charge.
Do the plants come with pots?
All plants are shipped in their plastic nursery pots to ensure stability. You can also choose to add one of our signature ceramic or terracotta planters to your order, and we will include potting instructions.
How do I know which plant is right for my home's lighting?
Every product page includes a 'Light Requirement' badge. We categorize our plants into Low Light, Indirect Bright Light, and Full Sun to help you match a plant to your specific room conditions.
Can I change or cancel my order after it is placed?
Because we begin preparing live plants for shipment immediately, orders can only be changed or cancelled within 4 hours of placement. Please contact our support team as soon as possible for assistance.
Are your plants safe for pets?
Safety is our priority. We have a dedicated 'Pet-Friendly' collection featuring non-toxic varieties like Calatheas and Hoyas. Please check the 'Safety' section on each individual plant page before purchasing.
