Return Process

Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.

For live plants, please provide a clear photo of the plant and its soil so our horticultural experts can assess its health.

If returning non-living home goods, place items in their original packaging to ensure they remain protected during transit.
